We are excited to announce that we were recently awarded The FactoringClub’s Best Factoring Company of 2024 award. This award is given annually. The criteria used to select recipients are based on customer service, value, and integrity. We are extremely proud of our team for their hard work in achieving this award and would like to take a moment to reflect on the items we focus on to provide the best service to our clients.

- Experienced Team – A key focus for us in building Velocity is having a professional team. Everyone on our operations and underwriting team who you will talk with has more than three years of factoring experience. This allows us to work with you to give you information quickly and accurately so that you can make good business decisions.
- We Pick Up The Phone – We do not use call centers. When you call us, you will always be talking with a real person from our office in Midland, Texas. We are always here to pick up the phone and help you keep your business moving in the right direction.
- Speed – We are not a bank that allows us to move quickly in making funding decisions. We do not have any type of committee that slows down our process. We understand that getting funds quickly is vital to your business, and we offer same-day funding for clients. Our underwriting process is also quick and can be completed in 3-5 days after a full application is submitted.
- Simple & Clear Fees – We differentiate ourselves from many other factoring companies by keeping things simple for our clients. When you factor in with us, you will be charged wire fees and factoring fees, and that is it. We do not have any other hidden fees or origination fees. You choose which invoices you want to factor in and aren’t required to sell all of your invoices to us. This allows you the flexibility to use factoring when you need it and save money on fees when you don’t.
- Transparency – We are straightforward with our customers. We recently had a customer who tried to sell us an invoice that was due to be paid the next day. We picked up the phone and called the prospect to let them know so that they wouldn’t have to pay a factoring fee on an invoice that was due to be paid the next day.
- No Exit Fees – When it comes to customer service, we put our money where our mouth is. We do not have any exit fees, so our customers are free to leave at any time when they are unhappy with our service.
